Who we are

Tattoo Studio Insurance by NRG is the body art insurance program of NRG Insurance Services, a licensed independent brokerage based in Seattle, Washington. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NRG Insurance Services.

Information we collect

When you complete the quote form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: studio name, your first and last name, email address, phone number, state and ZIP code, the coverages you are interested in, your preferred call time and any notes. We do not knowingly collect more than we need to prepare your quote.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and place insurance quotes with established carriers, and contact you about your inquiry. Quote submissions are transmitted to our customer management system (NowCerts) so a risk advisor can follow up. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to obtain quotes and bind coverage — for example with insurance carriers, underwriters and our service providers — and where required by law. These parties are expected to protect your information and use it only for those purposes.

Cookies & third party content

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. We keep third party scripts to a minimum and do not run advertising trackers.

Retention & security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing insurance@nrg-insurance.com or calling (206) 363-1110.
